Clap Features

Clapping

Let's take a look at the Clap function.
You can also Clap on your own blog. *click to finish clapping

Click on [View Clap Page] to view the number of claps and comments for specific articles.
Click on [Clap Top] to view all of the blog claps. You can also send a short message(up to 500 letters) from this page.

Keep in mind, you may not clap more than once for the same article.

Claps are displayed for all articles as well as an individual article. Clap comments are displayed with its designated article. *Claps for the Entire Blog

You can see claps and messages for blogs at the Clap Top page If you click the [Clap] button from here, you will clap for the entire blog, not for an individual article.

Clap Comment


After you clap, you can also leave a short message.
You can also set your message to private so that only the author can see your message.
The author can also write a comment in response to such comments.

Managing the Clap Feature

Here we will take a look at how to manage the Clap function.
We will describe the features and settings through your User Management page.

From your User Management page click on [Blog Clap] under the [Connections] section.
As the site author, you can manage all your claps and clap comments.

View statistics are sorted by days in a graph form.
You can view your clap statistics sorted by different dates in a graph form.

Settings for receiving claps
You can choose to accept or decline claps for your blog.
Settings for displaying the number of claps
You can also choose to display how many claps you have earned on your web site or hide them. Either way, you will be able to view your the number from your User Management page.
However, you cannot hide the number of claps on the clap icon. If you would like to hide it on the icon, you will need to choose an icon that does not display it.
Settings for receiving comments
You can choose to accept or decline Clap Comments.
Public comment settings
You can choose to make your Clap Comments public or private.
Comment e-mail alerts
You can input an e-mail address to be notified when you receive comments.
Variety of clap icons
Choose the type of clap icon you want to display.

Respond to Clap Comments

You can also respond to your Clap Comments.

*Click on [Respond] in the [Clap Comment] section on your User Management Page.

*Type your response in the section provided and click [Send].

*Your response will be displayed right under the Clap Comment, as shown above.
